All Payee details disappeared

    All payee details have disappeared from my personal and business account when logging in on PC. They are available on the mobile app. I was told on 6th June that this would be resolved within 24 hours. On 9th June I was told there is no estimate for when this will be resolved.

    Details of payments aren't recorded as fully when using the mobile app, so I cannot use it for business payments.
