Hello, just wondering if anybody knows how local authority interview panels work. I was recently successful at making 2 panels for one of the Dublin Local Authorities. Wasn't necessarily in tope 5 but still on the panel of 15 people in total for general staff officer/ assistant staff officer roles. How likely am I to be called/ if at all in the next year? However I noticed that recently there are public ads (for same general staff roles) going up every 6 months so is it a case that the panel run out before a year is up?
