Vhi Mri claim at private clinic

    Hi, we use a private clinic regularly that's covered by Vhi. However, recently my wife had an appoint in the clinic and was reffered for an Mri at the same clinic. It turns out the clinic isn't on their list of approved mri centres even though all other visits to this clinic are and have been in the past. Because we were referred to their in house mri do you think there's anything we can say or do to see if the mri will be covered along with the relating consultation that we've already been paid out by vhi for?

    Speak wit the insurer directly and if they agree get it in writing. Nobody here can predict with any degree of accuracy what the outcome will be in your specific situation.
