    Hi, I moved my mortgage away from BoI several months ago. I am trying to update my mortgage protection to list the new lender but I'm awaiting BoI to release their interest.

    I've been on the phone several times and each time either told my solicitor has to request it (she has) or promised it will be sent to my insurance company, but it doesn't not seem to have happened yet.

    Is there a direct number I can call to get this sorted please?
