I recently received a dividend for my bank of ireland shares. First one since the crash. It was from computershare with reference etc. However when I tried to look up my account by logging in with my details computershare tell me they are unable to locate my account. I know that I have quite a good number of shares. I do not have any surviving documentation . I have written to them with my details but I am wondering how do I find where my shares are held.
