Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bit odd to send on Doku when you'd think City would be trying to 'protect a lead'. Maybe they don't have a proper central mid replacement?

Poor showing for the sport really. The only thing crazier than Ederson being allowed to play on were his childish antics after being taken off.

come on spurs ta **** and get a goal!

City look to be struggling a bit, now is the time to put the pressure on, nearly 20 mins left in essence.

Don't know how Foden can complain about that yellow for a trademark Man City foul.

Haaland keeps up his impressive record of scoring against 2nd tier teams.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,089 ✭✭✭✭Fitz*

The exact player that everyone would have wanted that change to fall to, in the exact way you want him to do it - chasing in on goal. Son.

    Defo pen.

    Defo win.

    Defo 4 in a row.

A joke that it is happening year on year with no real end in sight.

I only had a glimpse of the replay but it looked like the Spurs player got a touch???

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,700 ✭✭✭mobydopy

City players know they’ve won the league from those celebrations. 4 in a row now. This league is becoming so predictably boring

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,153 ✭✭✭DellyBelly

Having one club dominating the league for the last 7 years is not a good thing

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,258 ✭✭✭✭y0ssar1an22

i suppose at least villa have CL football now. surely emery to by MOTY

I hope West ham are watching thinking what a bunch of arrogant so-and-so's city are

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,199 ✭✭✭Garzorico

in fairness Son blew that chance.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,507 ✭✭✭✭castletownman

It's hardly beyond the realms of possibility that Moyes could end his tenure with a 0-0? Stranger things have happened- Dyche will be probably sneak another 1-0 at the same time though

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,287 ✭✭✭allinthehead

Spurs fans only singing after going two down, pathetic small club mentality.

    ☀️

hopefully their punishment is announced in the summer. though it will then be appealed for years

The PL really need to grow a set and regulate City. Without Klopp it would be 7 in a row.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,175 ✭✭✭Xander10

Carragher and Neville writing West Ham off.

    C'mon Moyes

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,462 ✭✭✭Acosta

    Farmers league

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,858 ✭✭✭✭Loafing Oaf

Presumasbly the City and Arsenal games will be top of the bill on Sky on Sunday and we'll have to endure the hyping up of the 'uncertainty'…

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 38,975 ✭✭✭✭eagle eye

Did you say the same thing when United were doing it? Or when it was just Chelsea and United? This has always been the case, well at least for most of the last fifty years.

Feel for Arsenal fans right after that one. Looked at one point like Spurs could get something and then Son had that glorious chance! Know what it’s like watching that machine and hoping against hope that somehow they’ll drop points!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,258 ✭✭✭✭y0ssar1an22

and peter drury complimenting city for having such a good squad. gimme a break! it annoys me they wont dare talk about 115 charges without now having to lick their balls

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,507 ✭✭✭✭castletownman

Yeah sure they should show Chelsea-Bournemouth or Palace- Villa to be fooked.

  • Moderators, Category Moderators, Recreation & Hobbies Moderators, Sports Moderators Posts: 33,248 CMod ✭✭✭✭ShamoBuc

City winning the league is as ucertain as death and taxes.

Has been for quite some time.

This day 5 years ago Aston Villa were playing in a Championship playoff semi final after finishing 5th in the 2nd tier.

41 years after their last appearance in the European Cup (as holders), the Villa are back in the big-time, for the first time in my lifetime.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,153 ✭✭✭DellyBelly

No because back then you had an Arsenal that were competitive and winning a few titles...now you are only looking at 1 off wins from Liverpool or a Leicester....Being a United fan I hope we can get back to stop them but can't see it happening

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,978 ✭✭✭BenK

West Ham do like ruining a title challenge on the last day of the season. I'll never forget '95...
