I’ve been self employed for the past 7 years so I’m a little out of the loop. I applied for a job yesterday through indeed. Indeed recommended following up with an email today to say that I am still interested. Is this the done thing now or does it appear a little pushy. Thanks

A day is very little time. Especially considering the time of the week.

Is there an end date to the advert? If so, I'd wait until after that, or at least a week and just email to confirm receipt of application.
