Atm Transaction

Was trying to withdraw €40 from atm . It said my card or the atm was “timed out “ and didn’t give the money , however it charged my account and says the transaction is in progress , Will i get refunded ? Has this happened to anyone else

Yes, you should be refunded within 5-10 working days, happened me years back and I just went into the bank and filled out a form but the money got refunded fairly quick.
