Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Speeding fine and points

I received a speeding fine on the 4 th of March this year from a guard…2 months later I never received anything in the post and received no points on my licence as had I checked with the summons section with the guards and also checked to see had I penalty points allocated to my license which I also never received….

Finally today I received a fine in the post…by any chance is there a rule where if I don’t receive a summons within a certain timeframe I can write it off?

I just feel it’s strange that I only receive the fine over 3 months later..

Fines and summons are two different things. I'm not sure which you're actually talking about....

I guess I mean a fine….but do you have to receive the fine within a certain time frame?
