Difference in welding rods

I see my coop sell both the following 3.2 welding rods Oerlikon citofix And Oerlikon fincord What's the difference between the two?

Citofix seems to be more general purpose and Fincord seems to be a higher grade rod. "Excellent in the overhead position and for fillet welding in the horizontal-vertical position."
