Lightweight waterproof jacket recommendations?

One other question, is there any issue wearing a waterproof jacket with bib shorts (conscious the weather is still quite warm regardless of rain), for example rain simply running off my upper body and into shoes?

the Rapha core rain cape(sometimes on sale for certain colours ans sizes) is very waterproof and very packable, but less breathable than some others..
