Pick up hitch convert to lift arms

On the Fleming topper above they have a bar connected via a pin to the pick up on the topper, so you can just hook up the topper via the lift arms.

Is it possible to purchase this device somewhere, or does anyone know what it is called?

Have a trailed major and the front of the topper is too low on the hitch so having it on the lift arms would be a big improvement. Plus would leave it simpler to attach. Win win.

try your local Fleming dealer or it shouldn't be too hard make one if your anyway handy

A Nine Hole Bar should do it also. Handy to use also with a ball hitch.

Did you ring Fleming directly? I needed a few bits last summer and they sent them out to me no hassle.
