Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Paying off mortage - what happens to deeds? (Ulsterbank)

    Hi. I'm one payment from paying off my mortgage. It'll be paid early so no correspondence from bank yet.

    What happens to the deeds. As it's Ulsterbank (who are leaving Ireland) what happens to the deeds?

    I've tried my lawyer but as I work away, I'm having difficulty getting any response.
