    "Deposit Guarantee Scheme" = DGS.

Basically if you use an online bank like Raison or Lightyear, they offer "protection" in the form of this DGS, apparently.

Does that mean that, say Raison goes sideways tomorrow, deposited funds don't go with it?

Anyone well versed on the assurances provided by online/international banks re fund/deposit protection?

In physics we trust....... (as insanely difficult to decipher as it may be)
