    There is absolutely zero chance they are sending CCTV of someone vaping to the gardai and the reason they wouldn't bother is the gardai wouldn't spend a millisecond bothering with something like that.

    Do yourself a favor and read the courts section of the newspaper a few times. You can absolutely beat the head off someone and leave them bleeding and unconscious and not get a fine of four figures. In fact that exact same thing happened in my town and the fine was less than 500.

    He was just trying to scare you and in fairness it worked lol.
