Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Note that pending are no longer viable on my online banking.

    Is this temperory?

Other banks offer this function and is needed for financial planning purposes.

Hi there, thanks for the message

You will be able to view 'In Progress' payments on Banking 365 and will mark as 'complete' when finished.

Credits will automatically appear on your Mobile Banking App once we receive the payment. Thanks, Anna

    Hi Anna,

Just in relation to this - when I use my credit card the balance updates on 365online immediately however the transaction itself does not show for a number of days. This can make things a little confusing. I noticed it when I was accidentally charged twice by a business but only found out when I phoned card care as the balance was higher than it should be.

I see AIB and revolut update instantly to show 'pending' or 'in progress'. Will 365 update to reflect that with my credit card or is it already available?

    Thanks!

Thanks for getting back to us.

Credit card transactions can take 1 working day to be visible on your transactions list, however, your available funds will be updated immediately.

    Thanks, Megan
