Guys the parent in laws from Poland are visiting soon so what's the handiest way to have the polish channels hooked up. I know you can get a couple on free to air but would like a good selection for a month or two.

    Cheers

Maybe a fire stick would work. Perhaps if you researched a few of the tv station apps some here with various platforms might fe able to help. If you have an Amazon account you can look for apps yourself.

Better still if your ither half or someone you know has a polish amazon account they might be able to help you check out what apps are available.

IPTV is possibly the easiest. You might need a VPN for Poland.

Otherwise, you'd need a satellite dish aimed at Hotbird for Polish channels, and they'd need to bring their Polish receiver and viewing card (nC+ seems common) with them (if indeed, they have one) to plug into a dish.

Sky/Freesat uses Astra 2, so wouldn't be suitable.

There is plenty of internet tv boxes which you can use to stream Polish channels (unofficially).

It doesn't require satellite dish but just broadband connection.

Not sure about where to get it but check gazeta.ie maybe or ask around if you know any Poles.
