Are there native hemp species in Ireland?

I have no interest in human consumption of hemp or related plant species, but I've lately learned about it's use for making paper and manufactured boards (like plywood), supposedly it's also good for grazing cattle on. This is all noise from americans, but it got me wondering if there were native hemp species here.

Hemp is not native to ireland
Can be grown here under license tho
