Family link setup- head wrecked!

    Hi all,

    as the title suggests my head is melted trying to setup family link on my daughters iPads and our existing account. (We had their old Lenovo tablet setup a couple of years ago).

    can anyone talk me through this please.

    I need to download family link onto my daughters iPad- but when I try to sign in on family link on her iPad with her email and password it tells me

    ”something went wrong.

    It looks like your google account can’t go here”

    Am I supposed to be logging in- in my name on her iPad or something?

    Ive definitely used the correct email and password details for her as I have her email open on her iPad!
