Good morning BOI, can you advise on your position regarding mortgage drawdown in a situation where the purchaser can't get flood insurance. The flood risk assessment relates to once off event over 2 decades ago. Can a customer drawdown the mortgage or is there an exception process they can go through? In reality this area…

In reality this area has been misclassified and is not actually a flood risk area.
