Renewing a BoI Credit/Debit Card while living Abroad.

I have a friend, who lives abroad, and wishes to renew his BoI Credit Card, and getting the new card by post is not pratical. He is due to travel to Ireland in a month or so. Can he get his cards renewed and sent to a Branch, and does it have to be the branch where his account is? And how long would it take please ?

Thanks for getting in touch with us.
I'm afraid it is not possible for cards to be sent to Branch. They can only be posted to the address on file.

Just a follow up on this. My friend got them selves sorted out. They were able to update their address on file.
