Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Any of the usual fruit yoghurts would have naturally occurring sugars in them.

Even the natural yoghurt in my fridge has a small amount of sugar in it.

If you're talking about added sugar, I think only the very dessert-y ones would have added sugar.

Trying to buy some Yogurts for a diabetic without having to go to three different shops. Want to do all my shopping in Aldi. My local Tesco is a mess at the moment as they are moving everything around again and currently do not have suger free yogurts or low suger ones. It's a disgrace.

I'm not sure there is such a thing as sugar free yoghurt.

Natural/greek yoghurt would be the lowest, but milk has naturally occurring sugar in it.

Read the labels on the various ones in Aldi (they have a huge range) and you'll quickly get to know which area the lowest in sugars.

Diabetic people can eat sugar though?

ALDI sell lots of protein yoghurts and desserts that are suitable for diabetics, most have less than 10g of carbohydrate in them, with added sweeteners.

No milk products or fruit products will be sugar free because they contain naturally occuring sugars.

I have gestational diabetes, I eat their strawberry and lemon mousses which have 10g of carbs for a 200g portion and lots of protein to offset the carb impact.
