Working as clerical officer 3 in county council

Hi just got onto the panel in mayo county council and looking for feedback information on what the working conditions are like culture, how big most offices are for average town and the general atmosphere is like please? I'm clerical officer agency staff in mayo hospital so wondering how much of a change it might be! Thanks
