Unable to transfer funds

I don’t seem to have the option in my BOI app to transfer money from my savings account into my current account. I found the video online that shows in the example that it is there during the demo, but within my app it is not an option.

Do I have to switch something in the app or sign up? Any help appreciated

May I ask is the account a Demand deposit account in which you're attempting to compete a bank transfer from?

It doesn’t say specifically, it just says it’s the Current Account.

The savings account is a 365 monthly saver.

any ideas?

Thanks for the info

Please click the withdraw button beside the balance of your 365 Monthly Saver.

This will transfer the funds to the Current Account linked to the Direct Debit for the 365 Monthly Saver.

This will reach the Current Account the next working day after 10PM.

I followed those steps and it said it would transfer the funds to the account that was nominated as per the original terms and conditions, that will be my current account, correct?

This is the Current Account associated with the Direct Debit for your 365 Monthly Saver.
