Card not appearing on 365 acc

    Hi, Im trying to make a payment online using card for my Joint acc, have never needed to do this until now and its telling me im not set up and to call an 0818 no. When i call its setting me up for online banking, which im already sorted with.


    I need the card made visible online - can someone help please.

    Hi there, thanks for getting in touch with us.

    With a joint account each account holder will have their own login details and view of their own card. If your card is not displaying within Cards on the App you can call 0818365365 option 1 for personal and you can voice you need to speak with Advisor. This will put you through to a colleague to help resolve this with you.

    Team is available weekdays 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-2pm.
