    The late Bob Gallico, yes THAT Bob Gallico, sold my parents Weatherglaze aluminium windows in the 70s. Then he became famous on the original Radio Nova. Then when that went tits up he went back to being a salesman, and sold my aged mother, who should have known better, a dodgy very expensive alarm system in the 90s. He was a great salesman to be fair, knew exactly which familial buttons to push, make siblling 1 guilt trip sibling 2, etc…
