VM - Not receiving Verification Codes

    HI all

    Just a quick one, recently Ive stopped receiving verification codes from sites like Amazon, Patreon, ebay etc, on rare occasions Ill get them but this is like 1 in 15 times. VM support are not very helpful, anyone have any idea why this could be? (Its not the incorrect number on the websites, the phone call verification works but not all sites cater for that verification). ANy info or help appreciated.

    This has been an ongoing issue with Virgin Mobile since they began operating here:

    Search "Virgin SMS" and you'll see loads of threads over the years of people reporting the issue which for some can come and go as opposed to never working ever.

    Really the only thing you can do is accept it or move networks as they don't seem willing or able to provide a permanent solution.
