Data limit on Lycamobile?

My daughter has a Samsung phone with a PAYG deal with Lycamobile for 15GB a month. Yesterday at exactly 3GB it has stopped working. I checked the limit on the phone but it said 5GB. Any ideas on what might be wrong?
