    shifters

    front derailleur

    rear derailleur.

    cables

    battery (internal seatpost)

    bar end junction box

    calliper's if available.

    Hey,

    Thanks for reply. for some reason I must have missed the notification of your reply. It was hydraulic I was looking for. I think I’m going to go with 12 speed now and keep all the bikes the same. I’ll have a ultegra/Dura-ace mix hydraulic di2 group-set for sale shortly when I strip another bike to change it to 12s also.
