Exporting ROI to Britain

If exporting giftware/jewellery to Britain from the ROI should I be exporting through Northern Ireland and is there an advantage in doing so? Is it a case of having the company registered in the North in order to do this? Currently I import the items from the EU and distribute throughout the island of Ireland, my suppliers…

If exporting giftware/jewellery to Britain from the ROI should I be exporting through Northern Ireland and is there an advantage in doing so? Is it a case of having the company registered in the North in order to do this? Currently I import the items from the EU and distribute throughout the island of Ireland, my suppliers originally exported directly to Britain but haven't done so since Brexit. I'm just wondering can I take advantage of this based upon the protocol.
