Attic Insulation (BER), New Roof Membrane, Cap Chimney, Fix Cracked Tiles

    Recently bought our house in Kimmage and are looking to make some upgrades to our home.

    We've got a quote of 9k for the following:

    1. Attic Insulation (Improve BER: >300mm)
    2. New Roof Membrane
    3. Cap Chimney
    4. Fix Cracked Tiles
    5. Full new heavy duty Upvc fascia, soffit and guttering system fitted on front and back followed by new downpipes

    Our house is an old 1950s terrace cottage, 2 bedroom. Single storey.
