Can I get debit card sent earlier than scheduled?

My debit card will expire soon, but the replacement card is due to be sent while I will be away on vacation.

As my mailbox is not secure, I would prefer to get the debit card sent a few weeks early?

Is this possible and would I have to pay a fee for this?

Hi there, Thanks for getting in touch with us.

When your card is due to expire our system will automatically generate a new card for you. The new card will arrive in the post before the original card expires and you can activate and use it from when you receive it. If you are away and the card arrives it will not work for any transactions unless activated with your card pin.

I have had issues with my previous debit card and contacted them and got a new one delivered and got a newer card that worked as should be the same for you.

Nearly sure i rang them on phone directly to get it sorted.

You can contact our Customer Service team and one of our colleagues will be able to order a replacement card for you. There is no charge for this service.

The number you can call is 0818 365 365. The team is available from 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri and from 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.
