Where are people buying their battery packs now that the big A aren't shipping here any more ?

Looking for reasonably priced ones between 10,000 to 20,000 mAh that would least likely to explode if possible

Easiest way I've found is to just use addresspal. You'll have to pay tax etc. on top but still worth it I think. Generally ANKER or INIU are the brands I go for.
