After Race Testing:

Pirelli will remain in Monza after the Italian Grand Prix for a couple of days of testing with Alpine and Red Bull. The teams will take to the track on Tuesday and Wednesday after the race (5-6 September) to test prototype slick tyres

Will be interesting to see how Lawson does with a full weekend of prep/practice. He did very well on such short notice and in bad conditions on Sunday.

Yeah, he couldn't have had a more difficult debut. He did well to get the car to the finish. Hopefully him and Yuki have a trouble free weekend so we can better compare them.

There is something off in that team, too many mistakes across the board, Carlos might even be looking back longingly at McLaren.

Ah classic Monza then. Should be fun watching that unfold tomorrow. I'm hoping Alex gets the best of of the Williams. Deserves good points with the progress he and the team have made in the last while.

Red flag, Perez lost it. Went backwards into the barrier, was going pretty slow at that stage though.

I expect qualy to be an absolute mess going on what happened in F2 and F3.

Other than that, I think this is (again) Maxs to lose. RB aren't the best over one lap and just come alive in the race. A safety car might change it up like it did for Gasly a few years back though. And it does look very tight behind RB.

Yeah I don't think Max will be too bothered if he doesn't get pole here, just stay out of trouble on race day and overtake as and when it's needed.

Didn't see the F2/F3 shenanigans but didn't we get a **** show a few years back with the F1 quali? Lots of drivers jockeying for position and leaving it too late to cross the line on their final run? Amateur hour from those teams but it was great fun at the same time.
