Sowing yellow rattle after wildflower seeds

    Hi all, I sowed some wildflower seeds in mid summer in an area the size of average room. After a few months, nothing really has happened. I was told grass had taken over and I need to plant yellow rattle.

    My question is, if I prepare the soil will I not kill off all the wildflowers to plant the rattle? Or should I just prepare a few strips within the zone and sow the rattle there?

    Any thoughts appreciated
