Hi, would anyone be able to help please. My cousin has moved in with my grandad who is in his late 70s, he feels safer with someone staying with him for company and help around the house. He didn't apply for the fuel allowance previously as by mistake he thought he was getting this in his pension. Can he apply for it or…

Based on the information in the attached website, he may not qualify as he's not living with someone on the list.
