SW arrears / overlapping payments

If you are awarded an appeal of a SW payment, I understand that any other payments you had recieved in the meantime will be deducted from your arrears.

Does anyone know is an Exceptional Needs Payment is also taken off any arrears due ?

Is it that you are due to get arrears which are being calculated at the moment, but in the meantime you have applied for an ENP?

Arrears are being calculated yes, but I won an appeal and its dates back to Janurary, and I got an ENP I think about 2 months ago

No. The ENP was given to you separate to your other claim and will not be deducted from any other arrears you are due. Any other payment you got be it SWA or JS will though, or any other historical overpayments you may have had against you.
