    Hi, I have a question on the cashback.

    I am due 2% cashback within 45 days of drawdown. Is it 45 working days or 45 days including weekends?

    The mortgage was a switcher and the money was sent to the original bank on 22st July. Should I have received the cashback by now?

    You should receive your cash back within 45 calendar days. If it has been longer than this then please contact our mortgages team on 016113333 and my colleagues can certainly look into this for you.
