Just after eating 4 packs of Walkers cheese and onion crisps in a row.

I am 44 years old and I can finally admit to myself that Walkers cheese and onion are the best cheese and onion crisps there is!

No 1 Walker cheese and onion

No 2 Manhattan cheese and onion

No 3 King cheese and onion

No 4 ROI Tayto cheese and onion

No 5 Pringle cheese and onion

No 6 Hunky Dory cheese and onion

It doesn't say they use Craft Vintage Irish Cheddar - it says they're "Craft Hand Cooked Crisps".

Each crisp is meticulously hand-sculpted from an individual potato by Mr Nordie Tayto himself, bathed in Vintage Irish Cheddar Cheese and organically raised Omagh Onions in his pocket for a week, before being gently double-fried in the oil from his sebaceous glands in the blistered palm of his little yellow hand.

I mightn't be remembering right but the packet seemed to be smaller than the crisps on sale nowadays.

Some of them I know they're for 'sharing' but ....😊

To make our packet, a Friday night treat, last longer we used to crush the crisps before starting! Sad I realise😁

You know the bit in Fight Club where Tyler Durden burns the narrator’s hand with lye, then douses it in vinegar to ease the pain but leave the kiss scar? Chuck Palahniuk got the idea for that after touring the nordie Tayto factory on holidays. Much of the bits of American Psycho that were in the book but didn’t make it into the movie (the rat in the tube, making the sausage out of the prostitute, the kid in the reptile house in the zoo) were based on Mr Nordie Tayto too. He’s pretty hardcore.

You're all wrong. Salt & vinegar crisps are objectively superior to cheese & onion in every imaginable way.

I'm not sure I could eat four packets of anything in a row, though. I'd barely eat four packets of crisps a year.

Kettle crisps for me at the moment, hunky dory were there but very very inconsistent flavouring across packets so don't really bother with them and this seems to be a trend with crisps under the Tayto brand in general.

Tayto are gone to ****, The flavour and finding multiple broken packs in multibags but i will agree with you on the Walkers. Any of their flavours blow tayto out of the water. Pringles wouldn't be even on my list. When i was growing up they were the "Fancy" crisp, but they're not the same and only worth getting when they're on special offer. Manhattan crisps are lovely as well, but you can only seem to buy them online and haven't eaten them in years, and i nearly bought a 48 box a short while back while drunk.
