Duct for OpenEir fibre?

I'm just wondering does anyone have any idea on what specification OpenEir (Eircom) will accept for internal ducting for their fibre? I have a connection point behind a stud wall in the middle of the house, and I want to pre-run some flexible duct so they don't have to mess around drilling holes through walls.
