Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If you get prosecuted & fined for a motoring offence, how long does this stay on your record & Garda pulse etc?

7 years. I had one which now no longer legally exists.

But does it for the Gardai? Would it show up on their records if you were stopped again or used to decide on whether to stop you?

it will stay on the pulse system as its a prosecution from what I know.

Plenty of stories in the media about people in court for driving convictions and listing offences back over 10+ years to the judge etc.

    Stays on Pulse for ever.

Old old traffic misdemeanors cropped up when I went for a CS job and needed to complete Garda Vetting.

(Job was in Justice, so gets a more thorough form of vetting)
