Depends on background re grounding but I know what ya mean.
The classic example of this in Galway City Council context is Pauline O'Reilly GP becoming a Senator a year after getting elected and then running for an MEP. A lot of moving in space of 4 1/2 yrs for sure.

Still haven't listened to the Frank Fahy "seagulls are as big as turkeys" interview mentioned earlier but the county interviews are fairly entertaining too.
