Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Filling out form 11 tax return on rental property income 2022. Do I fill in my personal details as they stood in 2022? I was single in 2022 but got married in 2023?

Yes you fill in as you were at the end of 2022. Next year you will need to tick the change in status box as you moved from Single to Married

In your 2023 tax return you can request a year of marriage review. If one of you earns less than €40k in 2023 you'll receive tax back.

If you want to be jointly assessed for tax make sure to apply for joint assessment before 31 March 2024.
