Needing 6 month statements for mortgage application

I have everything the broker asked me to get. Just not 6 months' statements from BOI, it's only giving me the option to request recent statements on the online banking. Can I go into my local branch and requested them?

You can use their chat and they will send them to you. I didnt use BOI but I had to do the same from my own bank.

You can order a copy statement on Banking 365
Please click Services>Manage Statements>Order a Copy Statement
The statement will be available in 2 working days
You can view this by clicking into the account balance and selecting the heading Statements. Thanks, Anna
