I think that's a harsh law-suit. I mean, it's a completely different movie - it's not in NY, it's in SPACE!

But mostly true...

Curious how it's not set a precedent for hundreds of other movies getting ripped for the exact same thing though.

It's also a great movie.

For fans looking for similar, Fortress (1992) is good fun. Christopher Lambert has to escape with his wife from a big evil futuristic prison. it’s dated, but still enjoyable I think.

Started watching a great Sky comedy called Brassic with Joe Gilgun as the lead. Reminded me of Hydell in Lockout. My son enjoyed it including laughing at the terrible chase sequence CGI near the beginning.

I remember enjoying this when it was out. I also think a lot of the CGI was done in Ireland.
