Did you look at the comparison:

If you wish to make the argument that there exists, in Gaza, some other place with these exact same physical features somewhere else, the same tree the same pole on the ground the same architecture etc. then the burden of proof is yours. Simple appeal to ignorance or special pleading for geotagging doesn't disprove what can clearly be shown with positive evidence ^.

The absurdity of your denialism exemplifies what I'm saying: people are not interested in good faith argument they just want to support a side hell or high water.

We have always been told Gaza is a maze of tunnels, apparently there is massive command centers and arms piles in these tunnels yet after 2 months we have not seen any proof of this massive maze of tunnels.

Posting it again doesn't make it true. Why don't you click the link where they say "Israeli news channel i24 claimed it had received confirmation from soldiers that “40 babies/children were beheaded”.

They don't say that in the link. She says "babies with their heads cut off". Doesn't say 40 so that article is blatantly lying. I'll trust politifact over that thanks. And I'll trust the pathologists who confirm babies were found with their heads removed. Can we stop talking about this now?

If they accept that what Hamas did was so barbaric as to be certain to provoke a response it also means accepting that Israel has justification in fighting this war, that it might have even a small point.

In their mind there can be no scenario where Israel can even be partially right or have an understandable reason to fight back.

So unless the babies are shown, they won't believe it, and even then they would just say "they" own Hollywood and could easily fake it.

She doesn't even talk to any of the soldiers in the clip, yet you are saying an IDF soldier said it so obviously you didn't watch it. It's a fact that not one person said 40 babies were beheaded. They said some were. It's a bullshit article from a biased website who don't want to accept that Hamas are evil cnuts who behead babies.

You haven't proven anything because the source you cited is making **** up. On the other hand, pathologists have confirmed that babies were found without heads so I'll believe that over some randomer on boards.

I know the claim was not true but it was said by a IDF soldier to a journalist and the newspapers printed it.

Oh man, back to the babies claims.

I remember at the start of this thread people were using the claims of the 40 babies as justification for the heavy handed response Israel were conducting.

Those opposing the heavy response by Israel were claiming the 40 figure was not real, that the journalists had mentioned the figure 40 and the IDF never stated a figure.

Fast forward a few months and people seem to be arguing the opposite.

Hostage families continue their protests whilst the bombing and levelling of Gaza continues.

19,000 Palestinian women and children killed (known). Add at least another 5,000 for those shredded/vaporised by 2000lb dumb bombs or buried under tons of concrete.

IDF war crimes and genocide continues - sticking two fingers up to the ICJ and the ICC. I'm sure they are watching and are ready to receive all this new fresh evidence.

I wonder what the Israeli report to the ICJ will look like. I'd wager it'll be a dead cert for the Bialik Prize for fiction.

I didn't say it wasn't reported anywhere. I said the IDF never said it was 40 babies, which is true. The reports erroneously conflated 2 seperate statements. Yet you want to use this as evidence that the IDF made up babies being beheaded, just because it wasn't exactly 40, when they never even said that in the first place.

It certainly made people supporting the Israeli response feel a little better/easier with the massive loss of innocent lives in Gaza, now they are debating that it was a lie (the number 40), yet.... still supporting Israel.

Hospital get attacked, IDF claims there's a command center there, supporters support Israeli actions cause there's a tunnel. Proof comes months later the tunnel was a storage tank, same supporters bend over backwards trying to discredit the footage.

It's all those little things that add up, it's a stack of lies to justify a potential genocide unavailing in front of our eyes. All those little lies start falling down under scrutiny and time and yet people still try to justify it.

I'll be clear, there's no justification for the Hamas terror attacks and there's no justification for the inhumane Israeli disproportionate response.
