Hi there's a house going for auction that I'm very interested in but it has a industrial unit right beside it. The original owner had it as part of his property but divided it and now his father has it but h e claims right of way through the drive way but apparently it's not registered as right of way does he actually have it and the right to park in the drive way where the house owners car should be and revive deliverys there is no planning permission for the unit but it's probably there ,15 odd years but he probably could. Get access from opening up the ditch beside the unit any help would be great thanks in advance

Buying a house with known big issues with the neighbouring property sounds like an absolute disaster and I wouldn't go anywhere near it.
