Credit Card Chargeback

Purchased an item on Ebay for €800 and it was never delivered. €50 was paid from a balance on my Ebay account. The balance of €750 was paid from an AIB credit card. AIB told me I had to go after Paypal. Paypal refunded the €50 but said that I have to go after AIB for the balance. Any advice as to what I should would be…

paypal would usually be the ones to deal with here as they facilitate the payments (and eBay has buyer protection through PayPal).
AIB is likely correct and PayPal are wrong. Open a missing item dispute with PayPal.
