Hi Folks, I'm looking for an advice regarding employer's pension contributions. I'm with current employer for 22months but I'll be handing in my notice with 8 weeks notice period so by the time I finish with them I'll be with them just over 24monts. Will I be entitled to keep their portion of the pension contributions?

2 years service entitles you to keep all of their contributions

I know that but I was wondering if they would count the notice period towards the months in service or they would use the notice letter date. Thanks anyway

The clock doesn't stop on the day you hand in your notice. Every day that you work after that plus any annual leave that you were entitled to all count as service.
