Oven heating problem

My oven is not heating as it should. To cook something given as 200 it has to be turned up to the very top setting. Also the bulb went and I replaced it but it blew again very soon.

you will need a thermometer to check the oven temp is reaching what you set it at. A stat out of calibration will cause this, if it is a fan oven and the fan is not running at full speed it can cause similar issues
